Service Description

Pottery Projects has got you covered with a weekday workshop that mirrors our weekend fun. Perfect for those wanting to their pottery or put the finishing touches on a masterpiece. Whether you're a class regular with a unique vision in mind, or a clay connoisseur keen on handcrafting or wheeling, this workshop in Cobargo, NSW promises a blast of creativity and good vibes! If you're interested in learning how to hand build or how to use the wheel this is the perfect place to start. You will learn the fundamentals of hand-building including pinching, coiling, and slab construction. On the wheel is wedging and throwing strong forms including bowls and cups. Our courses are designed to push you out of your comfort zone and explore your creativity, as well as encourage you to combine techniques to create interesting work. Your tutors are Gabrielle Powell and Daniel Lafferty both formally trained in ceramics at Canberra School of Art with over 30 years experience in ceramics, teaching and community development.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION We have a strict seven-day cancellation policy. If less than seven days’ notice is given, we will be unable to offer a refund, however, we are able to offer you a credit. Please note, cancellations within 48 hours of your class will receive no refund or credit. We are a small studio, with very small, intimate classes, and it is unlikely that with less than 48 hours notice we will be able to fill your seat. You are more than welcome to send a friend in your place. Just shoot us an email and let us know. RESCHEDULING If more than seven days’ notice is given, you are more than welcome to reschedule your class. Please contact gabpow@gmail.com to request the rescheduling of your class.
