You can learn pottery at Bandicoot Pottery from local ceramists with over 40 years of experience.
Pottery is a positive experience filled with imagination and creative education.
Whether you’re a beginner looking to try pottery for the first time, or you have experience and want to further develop your skills, we have a class for you.
Pottery classes are offered February - June and September - December. Kids Clay Club runs in January April and September school holidays.

Buying pottery directly from our Showroom can be much more of an adventure than buying from a shop. Our studio is open by appointment and we welcome you to visit if you want to buy something special from us.
You can browse our handmade art portfolio and view our latest creations in our online store. Our pottery is hand crafted and individually designed specialising in functional decorative works and one-off wood fired pieces.

Kids Clay Club
Unleash your child's creativity with our fun classes during the school holidays January, April and September.
Suitable for school aged children 7-14 years old. Parents are welcome to enrol and join their child in the workshop. Classes are 2 x 1.5 hours
Creative Kids Vouchers are welcome until 31 January 2024. The program is under review and we need to re-apply! Please make contact if you have $50 vouchers that you would like to claim. To claim I require the voucher code, your child’s name & date of birth. Any remaining amount owing on classes will be invoiced after booking.

Weekend Workshops
We cover a range of ceramic skills and process with plenty of time to get into the clay - hand building, slab construction, mould work, pinch pots, coil building and wheel work.
Experience the whole process and leave with a few handmade pieces and a glimpse into the world of clay.
Designed for people who want to develop their ceramic skills further.
Day and night classes run for 4 to 6 weeks
Weekend workshops are 2 sessions: one making and one finishing.
Limited to 6 students in a group with 2 teachers!!
Daniel and Gabrielle teach together so that's double the pottery skills and knowledge.
